Why Owlku?

Audits that help you understand and fix your site — not generate a glossy report you can't act on.

Owlku exists because website audits should help you understand and fix your site — not generate a glossy report you can't act on.

Built around what actually breaks

Every issue Owlku flags is a real, specific, fixable thing. Missing alt text. Broken links. Pages search engines have been told to ignore. Open Graph tags so your link previews don't look broken on social media. Title tags that two pages on your site share by accident.

We don't grade your site out of 100. We don't tell you your "credibility score." We don't generate vibes. We tell you what's wrong, where it is, and how to fix it — in plain English, with platform-specific instructions for WordPress sites and clear generic instructions for everything else.

Honest about what it does and doesn't do

Owlku is a technical and SEO health check. That's it. It's not a security scanner. It's not a content evaluator that tells you your writing is boring. It's not a competitive intelligence tool. It doesn't predict your search rankings or guarantee traffic improvements.

It tells you, accurately, when your site has the kinds of problems that quietly compound — the ones that don't crash anything but slowly bleed visitors and search rankings.

Detection you can verify

Every check Owlku runs is documented. You can read about exactly what we look for, why we flag what we flag, and how we decide what's actually a problem versus what's just a thing.

If you're a developer or technical user and want to see how it works under the hood, there's nothing hidden. The detectors aren't a black box. The thresholds aren't proprietary secrets. We made deliberate choices and we're happy to explain them.

Help articles that actually help

When Owlku flags something, the help article doesn't just tell you the problem exists. It walks you through fixing it — with screenshots, plugin recommendations where relevant, and clear "do this, then this" instructions. WordPress users get WordPress-specific steps. Everyone else gets the underlying technique.

The help docs are written like a knowledgeable friend explaining things, not like a manual generated to fill space.

Built for the people who'll actually do the work

Owlku is for people who want to understand their own sites: solopreneurs, small business owners, freelancers, agency teams, content creators. People who'd rather learn the why and fix it themselves than pay someone to fix something they don't understand.

If you'd rather hand your site to a consultant and never think about it again, we're probably not the tool for you. If you want to know what's actually happening on your site and feel competent dealing with it, you're in the right place.

Fair pricing

Owlku's pricing is based on what it costs us to run the audits and a reasonable margin to keep the lights on. It's not based on what enterprise software charges, what your business can theoretically afford, or what a sales team can negotiate.

If you're a solo operator or small team, you can afford it. That's intentional.

A small studio, building deliberately

Owlku is built and operated by a small team that uses Owlku ourselves on the sites we run. Every detector exists because we wanted it for our own work. Every help article was written because we needed the answer. The tool serves us first — which means by the time it reaches you, it's been pressure-tested on real sites we care about.

We're in this for the long haul, not for a flip. The site you audit today should still work in five years.
