These terms govern your use of Owlku ("the Service"). By using Owlku you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

The Service

Owlku crawls websites you provide and generates reports identifying SEO and technical issues. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to crawl any site you add.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One person per account. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

Acceptable use

You may not use Owlku to:

• Crawl sites you do not own or have permission to audit.
• Attempt to overwhelm, damage, or disrupt any website or server.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Payment and billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months, but you may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period.

Free tier

We may offer a free tier with limited features. We reserve the right to change or discontinue the free tier at any time with reasonable notice.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.

Limitation of liability

Owlku is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you by email of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada.
