Owlku ("we", "us", "our") is a site audit tool based in Nova Scotia, Canada. We take your privacy seriously and collect only what we need to provide the service.

What we collect

• Account information — your name and email address when you sign up.
• Site data — the URLs you add and the audit results we generate for them.
• Billing information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

What we don't collect

• We use no tracking pixels, analytics scripts, or ad networks.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• We do not use cookies beyond what is strictly necessary for your session.

Where your data lives

Owlku is hosted on Hetzner servers located in Nuremberg, Germany. Your data is stored there and is not transferred to other jurisdictions except as required to process payments through Stripe.

Third-party services

• Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Postmark — transactional email (receipts, password resets). We send only emails you'd expect.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at the address below. If you are located in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to access, correct, and port your data.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.
